Project Synopsis

As one of South Africa's leading nation builders, PPC was selected as the preferred cement supplier for Zurich Insurance Company when they decided to build their new headquarters within the Johannesburg city centre. As part of a new office precinct, Zurich's offices will be located on the corners of Marshall and Miriam Makeba Streets, in Newtown.

Interesting fact

The front façade of the 27 000m² office park will resemble the prow of a ship.
