Tryphosa Ramano

Tryphosa was appointed to the Board of PPC Zimbabwe Ltd with effect from 1 March 2012.

More... Tryphosa was appointed to the Board of PPC Zimbabwe Ltd with effect from 1 March 2012 as a non-executive Director. She joined PPC Ltd on 1 August 2011, as both the Chief Financial Officer and as a PPC board member. She has established an impressive track record in the financial profession. Her curriculum vita boasts positions ranging from auditing, investment management and corporate finance to being the CFO of SAA from 2004 to 2006 and most recently the CFO of WIPHOLD. Despite additional non-executive directorship roles Tryphosa finds time to pursue transformation in the financial services sector through her leadership of the African Woman Chartered Accountants (AWCA) society and the establishment of the Institute of Investment Excellence, which focuses on attracting and training candidates from disadvantaged backgrounds into the financial services industry.

Tandiwe Nkomo-Ebrahim
Non-executive Director

Tandiwe Nkomo-Ebrahim was
appointed to the Board in July 2014  and represents the NIEEB.

Tandiwe has a Masters in Social Work, University of British Columbia, Specializing in Community Development Planning, a MASTERS in International Affairs, Columbia University, New York and a MASTERS in Urban Planning, Columbia University, New York. Specializing in planning for developing countries. Whilst she has worked for the UNITED NATIONS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (UNDP), she is currently the Deputy Chairman of the National Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment Board (NIEEB). She is a Council and Executive Member of the National University of Science and Technology, and a trustee of the Zimbabwe Health Care Trust, the DR JOSHUA NKOMO NATIONAL FOUNDATION, and THE JOSHUA NKOMO SCHOLARSHIP TRUST. Tandiwe is also a Board member of the Development Trust of Zimbabwe (DTZ). As a result Tandiwe brings a unique insight into the Zimbabwe community to the PPC Zimbabwe Board.
Masiyane
Kelibone Masiyane
Managing Director

Mr Masiyane was appointed to the PPC Zimbabwe Board on 23 February 2016.

Mr Masiyane is a holder of an Honours Degree in Applied Physics and an MBA both from NUST.  His first contact with PPC started as an attachment student in 1993 where he was part of the commissioning team of the new kiln line. KB then joined PPC Zimbabwe officially in December 1994 after completion of his first degree as a Trainee Electrical Engineer. He rose through the ranks to become Assistant Electrical Engineer and then Systems Engineer in 1999. In 2003 he moved to the ProductionDepartment as the Production Superintendent becoming the Production Manager in 2005, a position he held until January 2009 when he was appointed the General Manager of the Colleen Bawn Plant. In October 2014 KB became General Manager for both Colleen Bawn and Bulawayo Factories. Currently he is the Managing Director of PPC Zimbabwe.
